Last updated: 1 June 2026
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Clearwater website and the services we provide from 112 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2QG. By using the site or booking an appointment you agree to them.
Bookings and appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Please arrive 5 minutes early. If you can't make it, cancel at least 4 hours ahead so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Private service fees
Private service prices are shown on each service page and are payable at the time of appointment unless agreed otherwise. We accept card and contactless payment only - no cash for private services.
Eligibility for NHS services
NHS Pharmacy First, flu vaccinations, and other NHS services have national eligibility criteria. Our pharmacists may decline to provide a service if it isn't clinically appropriate for you - we'll always explain why and suggest alternatives.
Cancellations and refunds
Private appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no charge.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate and up-to-date information about your health, medications, and allergies. Misleading information can put your treatment at risk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the English courts.
