Last updated: 1 June 2026

Who we are

Clearwater ("we", "us") operates the website at clearwaterpharmacy.co.uk and the pharmacy at 112 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2QG. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC premises #1099001).

What we collect

When you book a service, order a prescription, or contact us we may collect: your name, date of birth, contact details, NHS number (where relevant), and clinical information needed to provide pharmacy services.

Why we collect it

We process your information to deliver NHS and private pharmacy services, fulfil our legal obligations under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, and respond to your enquiries. We rely on Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligation) and Article 9(2)(h) (provision of health care) of the UK GDPR.

Who we share it with

Your NHS GP, NHS Spine, the NHS Business Services Authority, and - where you've consented - third-party clinical services. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are retained for 8 years from your last appointment (NHS Records Management Code of Practice). Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing. Email [email protected] or write to the Superintendent Pharmacist at the address above.

Cookies

We use a small set of essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how visitors use our pages. Manage your preferences via your browser settings.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) - though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
