Flu season in Manchester typically peaks between December and February. Getting vaccinated early — ideally before the end of October — gives your body the best chance to build immunity before circulating strains reach the city.

Who's eligible on the NHS?

Adults 65 and over, pregnant women, anyone with a long-term health condition, carers and frontline health workers can all access a free NHS flu jab at Clearwater. Children aged 2–3 are usually offered the nasal spray vaccine via their GP.
